Because the Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomenon, sightings depend on solar activity and weather conditions, so they cannot be 100% guaranteed.
What should I wear and bring for the outdoor tours?
Winter weather in Ruka can be very cold, so we recommend wearing warm thermal base layers, a windproof winter jacket, and insulated boots. Be sure to also bring a warm woolen hat, insulated gloves, and a scarf to protect against the Arctic chill.
Do I need previous experience to join the "Fish as a Finn" tour?
